It's a real phenomena. I heard about this a long time ago…long before this vid at least. It's discussed in a book called the 4% Universe about the quest to explain dark matter.
They had some anomolous calculations and they linked it to latent radiation in the ceramic coating of chips/memory..
I agree with you on the complete bullshit side when they try to use this to debunk cyber ninjas. But there's enough reality in the presumptive argument here that if cyber ninjas aren't ready for the question, the audit won't stick.
And if they are ready for the question, unless a prosecutor is versed enough in it, the Criminal charges won't stick.
