"Track Data Corporation"?

Something I haven't seen before today:

When I go to 8kun.top/qresearch my browser (and hit the stop button so it doesn't keep trying to load the images it won't find), my browser is trying to reach out to 151.139.128.11 every 3-7 seconds. This continues until I close the browser and use my VPN to get a new IP address. My netword traffic filter is showing me this, and indicates this IP address belongs to Track Data Corporation. A quick check at whois.com shows the IP belongs to StackPath, whatever that is.

Can a techfag reproduce this, and provide more info? Maybe my IP filter list is just outdated and this particular IP, that was once considered problematic by the creator of the filter list, has since been reissued to StackPath and is no longer suspect?
