On Monday, August 24th, Ty Sheem Ha Sheem Walters III got into a fender bender with a car with 3 people in it. It was a minor accident, but he was so enraged that he shot all 3 of the people in the head, killing 2 of them.

The suspect has been identified as Ty Sheem Ha Sheem Walters, III, 23, of Moncks Corner. He has been charged with two counts of murder and one count of attempted murder in connection with the shooting.

Paul McConnell, was also shot and hit with a gun but survived.

According to the MAIT report, Wall was heading east on U.S. 521 and was turning right into a driveway when Walters, who was following too closely, rear-ended Wall.
