We know that EcoHealth Alliance was funding the Wuhan labs after the gain-of-function funding pause. But the BL-4 lab has history prior to that. The PRC and France signed an agreement for it in 2003 after the first SARS pandemic. Do we know if any US-based entities were funding that effort prior to 2014?
