i know buffalo has a long history of being an epicenter of traffic specifically children.
all trains flow thru buffalo. and before that most ships.
i am currently researching the cities YMCA which mysteriously was closed, and the building front was preserved and is hidden in plain view, as it faces the side of the current downtown convention center.
there are tunnels beneath most of niagara square, connecting the new family court building, city hall, and i believe even the FBI and new federal court buildings.
when the river front apartments were torn down on niagara st. directly next to the FBI building was also when Christopher Wray visited his minions, they conducted a assult on the immediate corner of the apartments directly next to their parking lot entrance. its my belief that was to cover up and destroy an entrance into the very same tunnels. also during that visit a blackhawk landed on top of the old HSBC tower. i do not know what was done up there or what could have been destroyed but something was, as the new developer spent considerable time repairing that roof area.
