If, despite the truth about it, people are too freaked out by talking head nonsense to take Ivermectin (50mg per day for 100kg adult), try the "combo":
–high dose Vit D3 (about 5000 IU per day), Vit C (1000mg once per day), Quercetin (over the counter supplement), plus elemental Zinc (50 mg per day), acts in the place of IVM.
There is an “ionophore” effect from that "combo" where the cell wall is made permeable so the Zinc can get in the cell. It all acts as an anti-inflammatory apparently.
Aspirin is also a part of the regimen. At least take the over the counter things.
Monoclonal antibodies can be a good idea. Also melatonin (10 mg), but apparently some people (my son) find it makes them jittery, it has the opposite effect on most people.
Even taking a Pepcid or Prilosec is a good idea, it has an effect on cells.
Get outside in the sunlight for mental and physical health and more Vit D!
Budesonide is often recommended and many say don’t tell the hospital you will allow a ventilator. Tell them you want Budesonide and pressurized oxygen.
DON’T try to exercise. If you go to the hospital they won’t do anything for you, neither will your doctor most likely. If I had to do it again I’d take these supplements prophylactically and call Frontline Doctors.
You’ve got to wait Covid out. It may kick your butt a little. We’re in our 60’s. Rest, but get up and move. We paced ourselves, lay down, get up and do dishes. Lay down, fold laundry. etc. Pray! Ask God to be with you and help you!
The FLCCC alliance of Front Line Covid doctors currently states 18 mg once per week on an empty stomach. Fast overnight. Of course add to that Vitamin D3 (5000-10000iu) with a fatty meal once per day, also take Vit K2 which helps the D3 get absorbed and distributed throughout the body. Vit C at least 2000 mg over the course of a day, Zinc at least 50 mg per day - but don’t take with magnesium as they will contradict each other. (Take magnesium separately, hours later). If you really want to be serious about this, have your blood levels checked for all of these to make sure your levels are in the normal range.
