Any anon want to know how to make great hash brown potatoes? Better than Waffle House? It's very easy.
Peel large potato, grate on a grater using the small holes. Heat a little olive oil in a large fry pan to med+ heat. Take grated potato in both hands and squeeze like you're making a snow ball. Put the potato shreds into the fry pan. Spread out, don't make too thick. Then take a pad of butter and, with a fork, spread it on top of the frying potatoes. When bottom side is brown turn and fry other side until brown. Need to use spatula and wood spoon to cut potatoes in quarters before flipping. Enjoy.
It took cookanon decades to learn the trick of getting the water out. It also took oldanon until just this year how to sharpen knives, and keep them sharp. And to think as a kid learned how to butcher deer and hogs.
Ain't that the truth. KEK. They get real mad when they ask you to make something specific for dinner and you answer: that dish sounds great honey, cook that for us tonight.
Wow. Your son remembers the moment he opened his eyes after coming out of his mother's womb? That's a world record right there.

Shouldn't that be you remember going to the prom with your mom and coming home with your dad?
