I got the cheesecake recipe, but missed the has brown recipe! Is it good?
My hash brown recipe is real simple.
Grate one potato on a dish, crack an egg on it, salt it, then mix it up.
Have a medium hot small frying pan with some olive oil or bacon fat in it ready, then when it starts to smoke, sloosh the potato/egg mix into it, tamp it down even with a fork. Let fry about 4 minutes, then take a pancake flipper and flip it over, turn the heat down a bit, cover the pan, let it cook about 12 minutes till it's golden brown and crispy.
Eat!
