I hate to jump into the religious infection in this bread but saying God didn't write the book because Moses did is to fail to understand that the written books were written by those divinely inspired.. just like the prophets.. nothing written in the Bible was done without the help of God. Sure we're not bound by Old Testament law anymore but that's not saying God is suddenly ok with gays sleeping with gays.. God hasn't changed on what was called an abomination.

The 'rules' of the Old Testament were in place because the people needed some way to atone for their sins in a time where there was not yet a Savior. Once the Savior came the people were free of the Old Law. But that doesn't mean anything now goes.
Grassroots group 'canvassed' the county going door to door asking people a group of questions such as 'did you vote', 'did you get a ballot', 'what did you do with the ballot' etc.. this gives them an idea of what happened during the election. For instance, one thing they found is that of those canvassed, 30% that were showing as not having voted told the canvass group that they had voted. This means votes disappeared.
