I frequently talk about vax dangers to my landlord who is receptive to the idea that its part of a genocide plan. He is asking me to renew my lease. If I request a Landlord / Tenant shall not get vaccinated clause, would that, as a legal contract, take precedence over any other possible mandate (NY State)?
