yes, Trump's (did he even read what he signed?) EO said that malign actors/entities who undermine faith in the integrity and honesty of the US elections will get punished, with sanctions, asset freezes and travel bans … mind you these apply on foreign based actors, but I think 8kun and codemonkey would fit the bill
