SCOTUS has inferred some rights to the prisoners. I'm not a lawfag so I don't know the black-and-whites of the rule of law as it applies to detainees.

There's some vagaries of what enemy combatant means, war trials, right to habeas corpus and stuff like that.

To be clear, I'm not aware of conferred rights but that some rights may exist depending on the legal jargon and the type of trial.
