I don't know

regardless they should be pushing back, but to what effect if so

does it limit their ability to act in the process of devolution, does rocking the boat

jeopardize on going operations, is it considered a calculated loss or is something happening that no one in the public knows about

 

The vAxe issue is really one that is hard to work around on what positions are being taken by those that are suggested as white hats

 

I am not a general so not really qualified to answer just spit balling and trying to sort through all the misinformation and lies like most everyone else
