Only for me anon. Not notable for the board at all. It was a 27 yr. old Navy Captain. Some of us had dinner with the Blue Angels the evening they put a show for us Middies at Corpus. One thing led to another, after dinned me, the Captain and 2 other Angels went to the Officers Club bar. A 2 minute walk. The other 2 left. We got half shit faced. The Captain said: what time you flying tomorrow. I told him, he said: you're flying with me At 10:00 hrs. there he was.

The 27 yrs old was a guess. He looked no older than that, and he acted no older than that. Research tells me the Blue Angel I flew with was in his mid 30's. Of course, I looked 27 until my late 30's, early 40's.
