was about to stop smoking in early 2020 ..until I read a research paper (sry didnt note it) that ex smokers and smokers seem to have a protection from Covid. Hypothesis was smoking had caused long cells to differ which made it harder for the spike protein to attach itself or possibly the tar build up…anyways that kept me smoking throughout till now - using a colloidal silver spray in ze nose after meeting peeps and gazillions of vit D3 spray daily. God willing, still feel fine altho I am sure I had Covid in 2019 after Christmas (late December). Never been really ill in my life but boy did I feel strange for about 4 days….couldn't breathe properly and ached all over…lol that prompted me to think about stopping ze rollies..until I didn't.
