I'm working in a hospital, and tons of people who got their "shot" were sick for days.

A few weren't though, so that could be saline mixed in.

The poison may be real.

But atm I don't see more deaths this year compared to the previous years.

Last year we had 30 less registered deaths in our clinical information system.

This year it's 40 more than last year, but still nothing out of the ordinary.

If tons would die atm, there would be a major difference, but there isn't. At least one diagnosis is given way more often, and that could be the vaxx, but I don't know that and you don't know that.

I know the doctors are quacks, but it's pretty difficult to not enter a death in there.

-30 last year and +40 this year means it's +10 more than the years before, which is not much, given that around 800-900 deaths are recorded (not all in-house, they are entered when the patient dies at home too, so that the doctors in the clinic are informed about that, otherwise they may get a call from a relative and start with "oh how is your husband, haven't seen him for weeks", which is kinda bad.
