100 Percent Fed Up – On Tuesday, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki announced that Joe Biden would address the nation “about his robust plan to stop the spread of the delta variant and boost vaccinations.” Psaki explained that Biden’s hands were tied when it comes to implementing a mass vaccine mandate.

On Friday, Biden conveniently blamed the shocking jobs report on the Delta variant: “There’s no question the delta variant is why today’s jobs report isn’t stronger. I know people were looking, and I was hoping for a higher number. But next week, I’ll lay out the next steps that are going to — we’re going to need to combat the delta variant, to address some of those fears and concerns.” He also talked about giving states more federal money to fight the Delta variant.

So, how do we know the dangerous Delta variant is actually the CCP virus variant spreading across America if patients aren’t even allowed to know if they have it?

Last month, I asked my primary care physician how doctors in her office know when a patient has the Delta variant versus the original version of the man-made CCP virus? She explained that labs were not checking for specific variants and that they have no way of knowing. “So, how do we know if the Delta variant is really responsible for the increase in cases in Michigan if they’re not testing for it?” I asked. She replied, “We’re just guessing that’s what it is because the Delta variant is so contagious.” So we’re just supposed to trust what the media and Dr. Fauci are telling us…right?

Business Insider reports – Most people with COVID-19 in the US are legally prevented from knowing which variant infected them.

That’s because sequencing tests have to be federally approved for results to be disclosed to doctors or patients, and most are not yet.

Lab scientists say the process of validating the tests for approval is too costly and time-consuming.

Sam Reider, a musician from San Francisco, got a call from the California Department of Public Health in June. Though fully vaccinated, Reider had recently tested positive for COVID-19 after teaching music at a summer camp. The health department asked him to take a second test at a local Kaiser Permanente.

Reider assumed it was because authorities wanted to find out whether he had a Delta infection. He, too, was curious — but when he got the test results back, he was surprised to learn that doctors couldn’t give him any information about his variant.

“When I got the follow-up from Kaiser, they said it’s positive, but they didn’t have any of the sequencing information,” Reider told Insider. That “felt odd to me,” he said.

Other patients, like Ryan Forrest, a 30-year-old in Midland Park, New Jersey, are simply curious to figure out how they were infected.

Forrest tested positive for COVID-19 after attending an indoor wedding in July. He said he didn’t have any personal interactions with the wedding’s “patient zero,” so he’s still wondering how he got sick — especially since he was vaccinated in March. Knowing that the Delta variant infected him could clear up confusion, he said.

“It would have been nice to know just for curiosity more than anything else,” he said.

Several legal barriers prevented Reider and his doctors — as well as nearly all Americans who have tested positive for the coronavirus — from knowing which variant was to blame.

Why are doctors and patients allowing legal barriers to stand between receiving full or partial COVID test results? Are vaccinated patients being denied information from tests performed on their bodies because “medical experts” don’t want them to know they have the same type of COVID they were vaccinated against? Or is it because it would blow up the propaganda machine’s narrative that every American needs to be vaccinated to prevent becoming infected with the newest variants of the CCP virus?

Vanderpool Allegedly Arrested and Transported the Victim to the Police Station, Where He Sexually Assaulted Her

Greenbelt, Maryland – A federal grand jury has returned an indictment charging former Fairmount Heights Police officer, Martique Cabral Vanderpool, age 32, of Fairmount Heights, Maryland, for deprivation of civil rights under color of law, for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman he arrested after a traffic stop. The indictment was returned on September 8, 2021.

The indictment was announced by Acting United States Attorney for the District of Maryland Jonathan F. Lenzner; Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke of the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division; Special Agent in Charge Thomas J. Sobocinski of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Baltimore Field Office; and Chief Malik Azziz of the Prince George’s County Police Department.

According to the single-count indictment, on September 6, 2019, Vanderpool arrested a 19-year-old female after a traffic stop. Vanderpool allegedly deprived the woman of the right to be free from unreasonable seizure by a person acting under color of law, which includes the right to be free from unwanted sexual assault by a police officer.

The indictment alleges that Vanderpool transported the victim to the Fairmount Heights police station, where he sexually assaulted her. The indictment also alleges that the civil rights violation included: kidnapping; the use, attempted use, and threatened use of a firearm; and aggravated sexual abuse and attempted aggravated sexual abuse of the victim.

If convicted, Vanderpool faces a maximum sentence of life in federal prison Actual sentences for federal crimes are typically less than the maximum penalties. A federal district court judge will determine any sentence after taking into account the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors. Vanderpool will have an initial appearance scheduled in U.S. District Court in Greenbelt at a later date.

An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceedings.

Acting United States Attorney Jonathan F. Lenzner and Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke commended the FBI and the Prince George’s Police Department for their work in the investigation. Mr. Lenzner and Ms. Clarke thanked Assistant U.S. Attorneys Dwight J. Draughon and Caitlin R. Garland said the new abortion law is “clearly unconstitutional” and warned other states against passing similar laws.

Ford to Stop Making Cars in India, Take $2 Billion Hit

Former Army Maj. Nidal Hasan, the Islamic radical who murdered 13 people and wounded more than 30 at Fort Hood in 2009, is now celebrating the Taliban's takeover of Afghanistan after President Joe Biden's botched pullout of U.S. forces and lauding the opportunity to install Sharia law in the region.

In a letter obtained by the Washington Examiner, the man who called himself a "soldier of Allah" and shouted "Allahu Akbar!" while murdering fellow troops and currently sits behind bars on death row at Fort Leavenworth, declared "We Have Won" and congratulated Taliban leaders for their victory after 20 years of American and international forces keeping the organization out of power following the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.

Hasan — whose horrific actions the Obama administration refused to treat as an act of terrorism and instead infamously called "workplace violence" — sent his letter to his attorney, retired Army Col. John Galligan, on Aug. 18 with instructions for the lawyer to "communicate to the Taliban an leadership" a personal message.

"All Praises be to All-Mighty Allah!" Hasan began in his love note to the Taliban, extolling the greatness of their re-taking of control in Afghanistan.

His celebration was not solely because fellow Muslim radicals were in charge, but also because he saw the Taliban victory as another chance for Sharia law to get a foothold.

"Congratulations on your victory over those who hate for the Laws of All-Mighty God to be supreme on the land," he wrote. "I pray to Allah that He helps you implement Shariah Law fully, correctly, and fairly."

"We must learn from the nations of the past and not let our wretchedness overcome us thus earning His (God's) wrath. It is to All-Mighty God we give thanks," Hasan concluded.

Galligan, the Examiner reported, said that he was "not at all surprised" by Hasan's statement, since the convicted killer has "always been consistent in the terms of his support for the governments to be rooted upon Sharia law."

"Given the Taliban victory in Afghanistan and President Biden's apparent capitulation on many fronts, Nidal Hasan and I are anxious to see what, if any, action will be taken with respect to the individuals still incarcerated at Guantanamo," Galligan said, according to the Examiner.

The attorney echoed those sentiments in a statement to Fox News, adding that Hasan "is pleased to see that the Biden Administration is now seemingly willing to engage with the Taliban as de facto government in Afghanistan."

A high-profile former special forces soldier who plans to run for federal parliament is being sued over unpaid charity merchandise he used for unlawful fundraising.

Heston Russell, who shot to prominence as a critic of war crime allegations and the Brereton inquiry, is embroiled in a legal fight involving "veteran supporter pins" he spruiked for Anzac Day.

His company, Voice of a Veteran Pty Ltd, ordered almost 120,000 of the pins, which were promoted on air by Sky News broadcasters Alan Jones and Paul Murray in April.

But an investigation by NSW Fair Trading, acting on complaints, weeks later found Voice of a Veteran was running unauthorised fundraising appeals, an offence that can carry a $5,500 fine.

Mr Russell belatedly sought regulator approval after his company was hit with a compliance notice on April 22 but then scrapped his application before it was assessed.

He has since refused to pay almost $50,000 for the pins, claiming they were "faulty".

On July 23, his supplier Platypus Outdoors Group sued to recover the debt in the Dandenong Magistrates' Court.

BUFFALO, N.Y. - U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today the results of the first 60-days of the federal Violence Prevention and Elimination Response (VIPER) Initiative, which sought to address the dramatic increase in gun violence in the City of Buffalo during the first half of 2021.

The initial 60-day period of VIPER covered the time period between July 7 and September 7, 2021. Following the implementation of VIPER, the homicide rate in the City of Buffalo decreased by over 50%. In addition, in the first four months of 2021, the number of shooting victims in Buffalo was up 100% compared to the five-year average for those same months. Following the implementation of VIPER in 2021, shooting victims in Buffalo are down 6% compared to the five-year average for those same months.

VIPER achieved its ultimate objective of saving lives by focusing on four primary objectives:

1. Enhanced Targeted Enforcement - Using every tool that we have to get all levels of law enforcement to work together to get violent gun offenders off of our streets and locked-up in jail

where they belong. Fishing with a spear, not a net.

1. Enhanced Federal Prosecutions - Prioritizing the arrest and federal prosecution of:

• Prohibited persons who possess firearms and ammunition;

• Individuals who unlawfully buy, sell, or traffic (or attempt illegally to buy, sell or traffic) guns; and

• Violent criminals and drug dealers who illegally possess firearms in furtherance of their unlawful activities.

Dark Web Narcotics Traffickers Plead Guilty to Conspiracy to Distribute Illegal Drugs in Exchange for Cryptocurrency

Defendants Offered Covert Shipment of Methamphetamines, Fentanyl, Heroin, LSD and MDMA to Evade Detection by Law Enforcement

Earlier today, in federal court in Brooklyn, Gilberto Melgarejo pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute illegal drugs over the “dark web.” Co-defendant Brooke Gray pleaded guilty to the same charge on August 10, 2021. Melgarejo and Gray participated in dozens of transactions on the dark web in which they sold an array of illegal drugs including methamphetamines, fentanyl, heroin, LSD and MDMA, and took payment in the form of cryptocurrency. Both defendants pleaded guilty before United States Chief District Judge Margo K. Brodie. They were arrested on November 14, 2019 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Jacquelyn M. Kasulis, Acting United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, and Ray Donovan, Special Agent-in-Charge, Drug Enforcement Administration, New York Division (DEA), announced the guilty pleas.

“With today’s guilty plea, the defendants have admitted to peddling potentially lethal narcotics on the dark web in a failed effort to hide their illegal and dangerous activity from law enforcement,” stated Acting United States Attorney Kasulis. “As these defendants have learned, drug dealers who push their poison online cannot evade prosecution by hiding in the dark corners of the internet. This Office, together with its law enforcement partners, will continue to aggressively prosecute narcotics traffickers who contribute to the opioid epidemic and harm our communities.”

“This investigation proves that there is no place to hide in the dark web when it comes to law enforcement’s efforts to save lives. Their selling point was anonymity, but law enforcement followed ‘THEQUEENSHIVE’ trail to the defendants’ base of operations in Albuquerque, New Mexico. With overdoses on the rise, it is our goal to shut down as many drug trafficking organizations online and on the streets,” stated DEA Special Agent-in-Charge Donovan.

The internet contains online marketplaces for narcotics and other contraband on the “dark web,” a part of the internet located beyond the reach of traditional internet browsers and accessible only through networks designed to conceal user identities. The “Wall Street Market” and “Empire Market” were global dark web marketplaces that required their users to trade in digital currencies, primarily Bitcoin.

Chinese state media vows military ‘will show up at US doorstep’ soon and ‘China will win’

Chinese state-run Global Times media outlet published an op-ed from its editorial board on Wednesday vowing that China’s military will soon confront the U.S. in a hostile exchange.

“The US will definitely see the PLA show up at its doorstep in the not-too-distant future,” the op-ed said. “The two sides’ warships and aircraft on the seas will carry huge mutual strategic hostility, and the two countries will not yield to each other.”

“Once the situation gets out of control and triggers military clash between China and the US, we must give full play to our home field advantage. China will definitely win once there is a war,” the Global Times op-ed said.

The op-ed came in response to U.S. Navy guided-missile destroyer USS Benfold conducting a freedom of navigation operation near the Mischief Reef in the Spratly Islands of the South China Sea on Wednesday.

“What the US has done is a naked provocation, and this is obvious to all,” the Global Times op-ed said, adding that the ship “posed a threat” to the “many Chinese people and facilities” on the island.

The op-ed further called on China to take action. “Only by making the US have a taste of its own medicine can we touch the nerves of the US and its allies, and reshape the Western world’s understanding of US bullying in the South China Sea,” it said.

The U.S. Navy 7th Fleet said the U.S. warship sailed in accordance with international law “within 12 miles of Mischief Reef,” an area that China has heavily militarized and reportedly began flying military flights out of earlier this year.

“The land reclamation efforts, installations, and structures built on Mischief Reef do not change this characterization under international law. By engaging in normal operations within 12 nautical miles of Mischief Reef, the United States demonstrated that vessels may lawfully exercise high-seas freedoms in those areas,” the U.S. Navy said.

While the U.S. does recognize China’s claim to the Spratly Island, it rejects any claim China makes beyond a 12-nautical mile limit of the Spratly Islands.

Mischief Reef is among the seven island reefs China claims as its own and has been militarizing in recent years. China established 9,000-foot runways on three islands in the South China Sea to accommodate any aircraft in its fleet, including its nuclear-capable H-6 bombers.

Earlier this year, Washington Times obtained satellite images showing PLA KJ-500 airborne warning and control planes, Y-9 transport planes, and Z-8 helicopters on the islands, indicating a now-permanent presence on the islands.

The U.S. has repeatedly denounced China’s militarization of artificial islands in the South China Sea, as well as its construction of military bases and other industrial facilities in the region, and aggressive behavior toward other nations’ ships in the region.
