Federal Law Enforcement Association Representing 30,000 Officers and Agents Opposes Biden’s Covid Vax Mandate – Floats Lawsuit

The Biden Regime on Thursday announced all federal workers will be forced to take the Covid jab.

Psaki said all 2.1 million federal employees have 75 days to get jabbed or face getting fired

The Federal Law Enforcement Association representing 30,000 law enforcement officers and agents opposed the vaccine mandate.

“[Biden’s] executive order villainizes employees for reasonable concerns and hesitancies and inserts the federal government into individual medical decisions. People should not be made to feel uncomfortable for making a reasonable medical choice,” Larry Cosme, President of the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association (FLEOA) wrote.

Cosme said the association will be ‘reviewing the legal landscape’ for Biden’s order.

“We will continue to review the legal landscape for this order and act as appropriate to support our members and voice their concerns. We are a nation built on freedom. We are law enforcement officers who defend that freedom. And we deserve the freedom to make our own health decisions,” he added.

Washington judge bars protests within 1 mile of schools — until mask mandate ends

A Washington state judge ruled this week that no protests, rallies, or other gatherings that might "disrupt educational services" will be allowed within one mile of public schools in one southwest school district as long as the governor's mask mandate is in place, the Associated Press reported.

People in the Vancouver School District protesting Democratic Gov. Jay Inslee's statewide mandate that all students and teachers wear masks, regardless of vaccine status, reportedly left their picket lines last Friday and walked onto the campus of Skyview High School, the AP said.

Oregon Public Broadcasting claimed that members of the Proud Boys attempted to gain access to school grounds during the protests. The reported efforts led to a lockdown at multiple schools in the district — Skyview High School, Alki Middle School and Chinook Elementary.

District spokesman Pat Nuzzo told OPB the lockdown was a "safety precaution."

The attempt to gain access to the school was based on erroneous reports that a Skyview student was going to be arrested if she failed to wear a mask in the building, OPB said:

Patriot Prayer, a far-right group led by Southwest Washington's Joey Gibson, and other far-right activists made posts online incorrectly claiming that a student at the school who did not want to wear a mask would face arrest if they entered school grounds.

Parents of other students at Skyview joined the anti-mask protest, holding signs and calling for the student to be given a medical exemption to mask requirements. Nearby, teachers and students held signs supporting masks.

The lockdown occurred after alleged members of the Proud Boys tried to escort the unnamed freshman student who is seeking a medical exemption into the school.

According to the student's family, the school refused repeated requests for a medical exemption for the teenager who has reportedly been diagnosed with PTSD and other issues and then locked the student outside the school for an hour without informing her parents.

That student has been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder and anxiety, according to her mother, Megan Gabriel. She requested an exemption from the school's mask mandate because she said the mask can trigger panic attacks.

Gabriel told OPB she was willing to have her daughter come to school early, change classrooms before or after other students, and stay as separate as possible from other students to accommodate her daughter's medical condition. Gabriel said the school would not exempt her daughter from the mandate.

Gabriel's daughter has only been to school one day since classes resumed this week, she said.

“Yesterday, they locked her out of the building and I had no idea," Gabriel said. “She was locked out of the building for an hour."

In response to the incident, the district asked the Clark County Superior Court for an injunction to stop the protests — even those that do stay peaceful and do not trespass.

The district got its wish.

Clark County Superior Court Judge Suzan Clark issued the injunction Tuesday, blocking any protests within one mile of any Vancouver school. And the ban will stay in place until Inslee's mask mandate comes to an end — whenever that might be.

Superintendent Jef Snell said he wants everyone to understand that the school supports the First Amendment, though.

"Our district understands and supports free speech and the right for people to be involved in peaceful protests," Snell said in a press release. "However, our first priority is to ensure student and staff safety and an educational environment free of disruption. This responsibility prompted us to present our concerns to the court."

Florida Drug House With Enough Fentanyl to Kill 481K People Raided by Police

PALM COAST, Fla. – (FCSO) – On Tuesday, September 7, 2021, the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) executed a Search Warrant for 17 Blasdell Court in Palm Coast, resulting in the seizure of 916 grams of fentanyl. The owner of the home, identified as Brian Pirraglia and a tenant of the home, Michael Connelly, were arrested on various Drug Paraphernalia charges.

Connelly resides at the home and was located in the front right bedroom of the home. During the search, 41.2 grams of Sulfamethoxazole and Trimethoprim, a prescription-only narcotic, were recovered, as well as used hypodermic syringes, multiple spoons with white powdery residue, a silicone smoking pipe with burnt cannabis residue, and multiple glass containers with residue.

Pirraglia was located in the master bedroom of the home. During the search of the bedroom, deputies recovered multiple used hypodermic syringes, multiple spoons with white powdery residue, a glass vial and metal grinder located in a black backpack on the floor, and multiple plastic bags with residue. During a search of the kitchen, deputies recovered a large plastic baggie containing 510 grams of fentanyl and a plastic jar labeled “Protein” containing 406 grams of fentanyl. Upon questioning, Pirraglia stated the white powdery substance in the plastic jar was “Protein” and that the plastic baggie was a gift from his neighbor and he was unaware of the contents. Pirraglia advised he does not allow drugs to be sold in his home.

Connelly’s criminal history with the FCSO dates back to 2007. He’s previously been charged with Violation of Probation, Fail to Return Leased/Hired Property, Fraud, Failure to Appear, Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Hydromorphone, and Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communications Device. “These two are frequent guests at the Green Roof Inn and have yet to learn their lesson,” Sheriff Staly said. “Between these two poison peddlers, they had enough fentanyl to kill 481,000 people, which is more than the population of Flagler and St. Johns County combined! This is another great job by our Special Investigations Unit. I’m proud of their persistence to get 916 grams of poison off our streets and of our SWAT team that safely served the search warrant.”

Both Connelly and Pirraglia were arrested and transported to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility. Connelly is being charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia/Equipment and Possession of a Legend Drug Without Prescription. He is being held on a $3,000 bond.
