There will be lower court judges, good ones, that will put injunctions on any federal mandates to be vaccinated. For any number of valid constitutional and legal reasons. The question is whether the Biden admin will honor it. Just because the Trump administration honored lower court judges doesn't mean the Biden admin will. This is definitely where they're taking us… forced vaccinations for everyone in America. How fast can they do it is the question. SCOTUS would likely put an end to it but how fast would it get to SCOTUS and what happens if they try to reshape the court before then.
