Interjecting an opinion here:
If you own all the sidewalks in a town, and you attempt to control them for politics (in what would otherwise be considered "public space") you are breaking the law.
Internet forums can be viewed as public space, although they are privately owned.

I am VERY constitutional - in fact I am "offgrid anon" and totally understand the concept of shooting anyone that jumps over my fence (legally and why). But if I put a pretty sidewalk and a deceptive gate outside ( but still on my property) and selective shoot people who use the sidewalk - ones that I do not like, they are still trespassing… And that technically would be the same, but at some point it becomes a question of intent and how I advertised it.
