I may be ultra-cynical but I don't believe anyone at a high level in State and Federal positions in America are elected anymore. I believe they're assigned and slotted in with election fraud. That explains why I'm so confounded that those the majority dislikes continually get elected and re-elected. And usually by 1 or 2 percentage points.
