have you ordered d-dimer tests on recently-vaccinated patients, out of curiosity? Some docs on alt health sites are saying that if they order a d-dimer 3 to 5 days after vaccination, there is evidence of micro-clotting but the clots are so small that they don't show up on an x-ray.
Just curious if your work with patients might confirm what they are saying.
