NEW #GTMO: Defense attorney for 9/11 defendant tells reporters that discovery has revealed for the FIRST time a link between the still secret FBI 9/11 probe "Operation Encore" + the CIA Secret Prisons. “Operation Encore" investigated the 2 hijackers who lived in San Diego before

9/11 + their US-based support network. James Connell, who represents Ammar al-Baluchi, said as early as 2002 + then again in 2006, FBI agents linked to the San Diego probes sent questions and/or provided photographs to the CIA secret prisons for the interrogation of at least 3

9/11 suspects. Connell said the photographs were of suspected members of the US-based support cell.

Connell continued, "Now what we know is that in the 2006 investigation into a possible American support cell that the FBI was reaching out to the CIA to get information from

detainees in the “Black Sites,” including KSM, bin Attash and al Baluchi” + "There was no 'clean team,' there was only one integrated effort by the FBI and the CIA to extract statements from these men."

Connell said the photographs included American cleric Anwar al-Awlaki who

is linked, by the 9/11 Comission report, to hijackers in California and Virginia. Awlaki rose to become a senior al Qaeda leader and was killed by the CIA in a 2011 drone strike. NOTE: “Operation Encore” records subject of #POTUS EO to review BEFORE 20th anniversary Saturday +

Government has previously argued there was a "wall" between the post 9/11 FBI and CIA interrogations + FBI evidence should be admissible in 9/11 GTMO military trial. Defense disputes. #OriginalReporting

NYT REPORT — Joe Biden vaporized an innocent family of 9 to divert attention from Terrorist attack against U.S. Marines…

Posted by Kane on September 10, 2021 6:46 pm

New reporting from NYT Evan Hill

U.S. officials said a Reaper drone followed a car for hours and then fired based on evidence it was carrying explosives. But in-depth video analysis and interviews at the site cast doubt on that account.

BIDEN’S WAR CRIME

KABUL, Afghanistan — It was the last known missile fired by the United States in its 20-year war in Afghanistan, and the military called it a “righteous strike” — a drone attack after hours of surveillance on Aug. 29 against a vehicle that American officials thought contained an ISIS bomb and posed an imminent threat to troops at Kabul’s airport.

But a New York Times investigation of video evidence, along with interviews with more than a dozen of the driver’s co-workers and family members in Kabul, raises doubts about the U.S. version of events, including whether explosives were present in the vehicle, whether the driver had a connection to ISIS, and whether there was a second explosion after the missile struck the car.

Military officials said they did not know the identity of the car’s driver when the drone fired, but deemed him suspicious because of how they interpreted his activities that day, saying that he possibly visited an ISIS safe house and, at one point, loaded what they thought could be explosives into the car.

Times reporting has identified the driver as Zemari Ahmadi, a longtime worker for a U.S. aid group. The evidence, including extensive interviews with family members and witnesses, suggests that his travels that day actually involved transporting colleagues to and from work. And an analysis of video feeds showed that what the military may have seen was Mr. Ahmadi and a colleague loading canisters of water into his trunk to bring home to his family.

NEWS

Joe Biden Committed a War Crime by Drone Striking Civilian Aid Worker, Not ISIS, Evidence Reveals.

Analysis has revealed that Joe Biden’s last minute effort to salvage credibility during the Afghanistan withdrawal included a heinous war crime which murdered aid worker civilians, not the ISIS-K terrorists the Biden regime claimed.

On August 28th, Major General Hank Taylor told reporters during a press briefing that an “over-the-horizon” counterterrorism operation killed “two high profile” ISIS-K targets.

The move was lauded by America’s corporate news media, even as doubts as to the veracity of the claims were raised in the immediate aftermath.

Now, analysis from the New York Times reveals the driver of the vehicle targeted, Zemari Ahmadi, was in fact a long-time worker for a U.S. aid group. He appeared to be carrying water, not explosives.

https://thenationalpulse.com/news/joe-biden-committed-a-war-crime-by-drone-striking-civilian-aid-worker-not-isis-evidence-reveals/

The Times further alleges while the U.S. military accepts responsibility for collateral damage in the form of three civilians, it was likelier 10 who died, including seven children.

A timeline of events pieced together from more than a dozen of the driver’s family members as well as colleagues reveals the following:

Mr. Ahmadi had worked as an electrical engineer for Nutrition and Education International, a California-based aid group;

On the morning of the Biden-backed atrocity, Ahmadi’s boss called him at 8:45 a.m and asked him to pick up his laptop;

Mr. Ahmadi left at around 9 a.m. in a white Toyota Corolla belonging to his employer. This is when surveillance began;

An MQ-9 Reaper drone tracked Ahmadi around Kabul, as he picked up breakfast and went to his office;

Around 2:30pm, Ahmadi began filling canisters with water, to distribute them as aid;

Mr. Ahmadi commuted home around 4pm;

As he arrived home at 4:50pm, the U.S. drone fired a Hellfire missile at him, murdering him and his family members.

MUST READ: Joe Biden Must Resign.

Shortly after the strike, U.S. military leaders insisted only ISIS combatants had been killed, and that a secondary explosion proved there were explosives in the vehicle. An on-the-ground investigation has now disproven any claims of a secondary explosion, meaning Biden’s U.S. military not only committed a war crime, but attempted to cover it up with a lie.

Ahmadi’s relatives said 10 members of their family, including seven kids, were killed: Ahmadi and three of his children, Zamir, 20, Faisal, 16, and Farzad, 10; Mr. Ahmadi’s cousin Naser, 30; three of Romal’s children, Arwin, 7, Benyamin, 6, and Hayat, 2; and two 3-year-old girls, Malika and Somaya.

A New York Times reporter visited home of Ahmadi’s in-country boss, who has a pending resettlement case in the United States.

“We have nothing to do with terrorism or ISIS,” he said. “We love America. We want to go there.”

The Geneva Convention defines a war crime as:

Wilful killing;

Torture or inhuman treatment, including biological experiments;

Wilfully causing great suffering, or serious injury to body or health;

Extensive destruction and appropriation of property, not justified by military necessity and carried out unlawfully and wantonly.

It further defines violations as:

Intentionally directing attacks against the civilian population as such or against individual civilians not taking direct part in hostilities;

Intentionally directing attacks against civilian objects, that is, objects which are not military objectives;

Intentionally directing attacks against personnel, installations, material, units or vehicles involved in a humanitarian assistance or peacekeeping mission in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations, as long as they are entitled to the protection given to civilians or civilian objects under the international law of armed conflict;

Intentionally launching an attack in the knowledge that such attack will cause incidental loss of life or injury to civilians or damage to civilian objects or widespread, long-term and severe damage to the natural environment which would be clearly excessive in relation to the concrete and direct overall military advantage anticipated;

Attacking or bombarding, by whatever means, towns, villages, dwellings or buildings which are undefended and which are not military objectives.

''REVEALED: Biden Cabinet Secretaries, Local Mayors Collude With Chinese Communist Party on Agriculture Policy.''

https://thenationalpulse.com/exclusive/cusef-sponsoring-events-travel-for-ag-officials/

by Natalie Winters

September 10, 2021

Several Chinese Communist Party-backed influence groups have sponsored events and trips to China for U.S. officials – including Joe Biden’s Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack – as part of a broader crusade to increase collaboration between the two countries on agriculture and farming.

The unearthing of the United States Heartland China Association (USHCA) ties to Chinese foreign influence groups follow reports of Chinese Communist Party members and firms buying up American farmland, raising national security concerns among lawmakers.

Founded by former Democrat Governor of Missouri Bob Holden, the USHCA purports to be a “bipartisan organization committed to building stronger ties between USHCA Region (20 states located in the USA between the Great Lakes to the Gulf) and the People’s Republic of China.”

“Our focus will be on Trust Building efforts connecting government officials; business leaders; educational and community interests with like minded institutions between the Heartland Region and the People’s Republic of China,” the group’s mission statement euphemizes.

Pelosi in April 2021: 'We Cannot Require Someone to be Vaccinated. That's Just Not What We Can Do'

By Craig Bannister | September 10, 2021 | 10:21am EDT

(Screen Capture)

(Screen Capture)

On Thursday, President Joe Biden announced that he is mandating COVID vaccines for the entire federal workforce and federal contractors and requiring large employers to ensure their employees are either vaccinated or tested weekly – but, in April, Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) declared that “We cannot require someone to be vaccinated.”

“Why not consider something like requiring that everyone be fully vaccinated?” a reporter asked Pelosi at an April 29, 2021 press conference, to which Pelosi repeatedly replied that vaccinations cannot be mandated:

“So, here’s the thing: we cannot require someone to be vaccinated. That's just not what we can do.”

….

“So, if we could, but we can't require vaccinations for the Members - much less for the American people. Some people want to say, ‘Don't come into my store unless you're vaccinated, this or that.’ It causes commotion.”

What’s more, the government cannot even keep track of who is – and who isn’t – vaccinated, Pelosi said:

“It is a matter of privacy to know who is or who isn't.

“I can't go to the Capitol Physician and say, ‘Give me the names of people who aren't vaccinated, so I can go encourage them or make it known to others to encourage them to be vaccinated.’ So we can't – we can't do that.”

The full transcript of the reporter’s question and Pelosi’s answer is presented below:

Reporter: “You covered a lot of topics this morning on CBS. I want to ask you about something that didn't come up about the House itself. Roughly – two questions – roughly, what percentage of the House do you think is fully vaccinated right now?

“And then second, there has been some pushback – let me take my mask off. There's been some pushback from both the right and the left about requiring social distancing and fully masked participants last night.

“Why not consider something like requiring that everyone be fully vaccinated? Why require masks at a time when public health officials want the message to be about vaccination?”

Speaker Pelosi: “Well, public health officials still encourage wearing masks indoors, but your question is an excellent one that should be made to every Member of Congress.

“We are guided by the Capitol Attending Physician and the Sergeant-At-Arms, but the science demands how we can – why we have masks on still.

“With more, as you rightly point out, with more vaccinations, we should be able to have a shorter period of time for voting so that we don't – if we're all vaccinated, still with a mask inside, but nonetheless. Perhaps, when we are speaking would be a time we could, as you did, take down the mask, but so far, that's not what we can do.

“So – so here is the thing. We are – we cannot require someone to be vaccinated. That's just not what we can do. It is a matter of privacy to know who is or who isn't. I can't go to the Capitol Physician and say, ‘Give me the names of people who aren't vaccinated, so I can go encourage them or make it known to others to encourage them to be vaccinated.’ So we can't – we can't do that.

“But you would hope that science would guide them to protect themselves, their family members and be good colleagues in the workplace to get vaccinated.

“And the sooner that that happens, the better for everything in terms of – because all of the requirements that we had last night were not about security, by and large – that security issue is always there when the President of the United States is present, but in terms of COVID.

“COVID had us in a room where normally 1,600 people would be gathered for the address by the President of the United States, 1,600 people to 200 – I think it was 204 people, because the Capitol Physician insisted that that social distancing, that mask wearing were necessary so that we are not contributing to the spread of COVID, especially with the President of the United States there, but also in terms of the Congress of the United States.

“So, if we could, but we can't require vaccinations for the Members, much less for the American people. Some people want to say, ‘Don't come into my store unless you're vaccinated, this or that.’ It causes commotion.”

EPOCHTV REVIEWS

Epoch TV Review: Investigation into the Durham Probe

Lacy Hall

September 8, 2021 Updated: September 8, 2021

Commentary

In this installment of “Facts Matter,” entitled “Will the Durham Probe ‘Wither on the Vine?’–Interview with Matt Whitaker,” our host Roman Balmakov interviews guest Matt Whitaker, former Acting Attorney General under the Trump administration. Whitaker gives the viewer an inside look at the Durham investigation and discusses concerns over what is happening with it under the Biden administration.

Whitaker, now a private attorney, works with a group for the nonprofit America First Legal, questioning and challenging the Biden administration.

America First Legal Project

According to their website, America First Legal is a conservative legal group comprised of Stephen Miller, Matt Whitaker, Gene Hamilton, Mark Meadows, Russ Vought, Ed Corrigan, and Wesley Denton, all of whom were senior members of the Trump administration. The purpose of the group is to challenge the policies of the radical left and protect the civil rights of the American people, which are in jeopardy. In their mission statement, they explain: “We are committed to fighting for all Americans regardless of race, color, religion or creed. We will defend the rights of all Americans from attacks by anyone from any party, who would seek to attack their freedom, their dignity and the equal rights under the law.” Some of the issues they have been involved in are: investigations into the removal of troops from Afghanistan, the Heartbeat Bill in Texas, and cases involving taxpayer money being used to fund abortion clinics. Most recent was a case where COVID relief funds set aside for agriculture were allocated to farmers based on race, which is against the law. They filed an injunction and the Biden administration decided not to move forward with that policy. These are just a few examples.

Mr. Whitaker also discusses border policies and protocols. Former President Donald Trump had smart policies at the border. Those coming across were COVID tested before being allowed entry into the country. Currently, some immigrants are not being tested and others who test positive for COVID are still being released into the United States. This is just one example of how the reversal of Trump’s policies by the Biden administration is putting the health and safety of our country at risk.

The Durham Probe

John Durham served as the U.S. Attorney for Connecticut. He was appointed as special counsel by the Department of Justice to conduct an investigation into the origin of the FBI investigation of Russia and its interference in the 2016 presidential election. His investigation includes checking to see if any individuals broke the law and seeing them brought to justice. Mr. Whitaker believes that when the Biden administration took over, they started sweeping it under the rug and are continuing to do so. Durham is no longer serving as the U.S. Attorney in Connecticut and if he is being denied the resources he needs, then he will be unable to do a thorough investigation. The Durham Probe began in May of 2019 and has lasted longer than the tenure of Robert Muller, the special counsel who took over the investigation in 2017. Beyond just examining the involvement of FBI tipsters, Durham is also investigating how the FBI began its investigation with a tip from an Australian diplomat and fueled by accusations from British spy, Christopher Steele who was paid by Trump opponents. The Durham probe involves examining possible criminal charges against several lower-level FBI investigators and the case has led to one prosecution to date. Mr. Durham was required to submit a budgetary report to be reviewed by the Attorney General who would then make a decision on whether or not the probe would be funded to continue. Former Attorney General William Barr who was also skeptical about the FBI investigation, appointed Mr. Durham as special counsel giving him job security into the Biden administration. Although former President Trump voiced frustration that Durham was unable to deliver his results while he was still in office, a lengthy report is expected to come from the probe.

Mr. Whitaker states, “My fear is that it is just going to wither on the vine because … the Biden administration has no interest in really actually getting to the bottom of that and holding people accountable, and I think that is sad for America.” He makes a good point that if the Department of Justice and other officials make illegal decisions, there should be a measure of accountability and the American people should be made aware of it. In the FBI investigation, they knew early on that Trump had not colluded with Russia in any way and so that should have been the end of the investigation. Instead, it was drug out over another two years with lots of money used for it and former President Trump was basically harassed during the entirety of the investigation. In the end, a 400-page report was produced basically saying the president had done nothing wrong. In an Aug. 19 report Fox News reported the latest news on the Durham probe. More than 40 GOP Senators in a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland demanded that the probe be allowed to continue, and the report made public. A statement in the letter said, “The Special Counsel’s ongoing work is important to many Americans who were disturbed that government agents subverted lawful process to conduct inappropriate surveillance for political purposes,” the letter reads. “The truth pursued by this investigation is necessary to ensure transparency in our intelligence agencies and restore faith in our civil liberties. Thus, it is essential that the Special Counsel’s ongoing review should be allowed to continue unimpeded and without undue limitations.”

Whitaker states it comes down to the media and the fact that there is no accountability for Democratic administrations. They were more tough on this investigation than on investigating China and Russia. We are living in a world of false information and lies. Whitaker ends the interview by advising that it will take all of us standing together and demanding accountability from our officials and their administrations.
