Joe Biden Committed a War Crime by Drone Striking Civilian Aid Worker, Not ISIS, Evidence Reveals.

Analysis has revealed that Joe Biden’s last minute effort to salvage credibility during the Afghanistan withdrawal included a heinous war crime which murdered aid worker civilians, not the ISIS-K terrorists the Biden regime claimed.

On August 28th, Major General Hank Taylor told reporters during a press briefing that an “over-the-horizon” counterterrorism operation killed “two high profile” ISIS-K targets.

The move was lauded by America’s corporate news media, even as doubts as to the veracity of the claims were raised in the immediate aftermath.

Now, analysis from the New York Times reveals the driver of the vehicle targeted, Zemari Ahmadi, was in fact a long-time worker for a U.S. aid group. He appeared to be carrying water, not explosives.

The Times further alleges while the U.S. military accepts responsibility for collateral damage in the form of three civilians, it was likelier 10 who died, including seven children.

A timeline of events pieced together from more than a dozen of the driver’s family members as well as colleagues reveals the following:

Mr. Ahmadi had worked as an electrical engineer for Nutrition and Education International, a California-based aid group;

On the morning of the Biden-backed atrocity, Ahmadi’s boss called him at 8:45 a.m and asked him to pick up his laptop;

Mr. Ahmadi left at around 9 a.m. in a white Toyota Corolla belonging to his employer. This is when surveillance began;

An MQ-9 Reaper drone tracked Ahmadi around Kabul, as he picked up breakfast and went to his office;

Around 2:30pm, Ahmadi began filling canisters with water, to distribute them as aid;

Mr. Ahmadi commuted home around 4pm;

As he arrived home at 4:50pm, the U.S. drone fired a Hellfire missile at him, murdering him and his family members.

Shortly after the strike, U.S. military leaders insisted only ISIS combatants had been killed, and that a secondary explosion proved there were explosives in the vehicle. An on-the-ground investigation has now disproven any claims of a secondary explosion, meaning Biden’s U.S. military not only committed a war crime, but attempted to cover it up with a lie.

Ahmadi’s relatives said 10 members of their family, including seven kids, were killed: Ahmadi and three of his children, Zamir, 20, Faisal, 16, and Farzad, 10; Mr. Ahmadi’s cousin Naser, 30; three of Romal’s children, Arwin, 7, Benyamin, 6, and Hayat, 2; and two 3-year-old girls, Malika and Somaya.

A New York Times reporter visited home of Ahmadi’s in-country boss, who has a pending resettlement case in the United States.

“We have nothing to do with terrorism or ISIS,” he said. “We love America. We want to go there.”

The Geneva Convention defines a war crime as:

Wilful killing;

Torture or inhuman treatment, including biological experiments;

Wilfully causing great suffering, or serious injury to body or health;

Extensive destruction and appropriation of property, not justified by military necessity and carried out unlawfully and wantonly.

It further defines violations as:

Intentionally directing attacks against the civilian population as such or against individual civilians not taking direct part in hostilities;

Intentionally directing attacks against civilian objects, that is, objects which are not military objectives;

Intentionally directing attacks against personnel, installations, material, units or vehicles involved in a humanitarian assistance or peacekeeping mission in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations, as long as they are entitled to the protection given to civilians or civilian objects under the international law of armed conflict;

Intentionally launching an attack in the knowledge that such attack will cause incidental loss of life or injury to civilians or damage to civilian objects or widespread, long-term and severe damage to the natural environment which would be clearly excessive in relation to the concrete and direct overall military advantage anticipated;

Attacking or bombarding, by whatever means, towns, villages, dwellings or buildings which are undefended and which are not military objectives.

By almost any commonly accepted measure, it appears President Biden ordered a war crime attack in order to save face during his botched withdrawal from Afghanistan.

REVEALED: Biden Cabinet Secretaries, Local Mayors Collude With Chinese Communist Party on Agriculture Policy.

Several Chinese Communist Party-backed influence groups have sponsored events and trips to China for U.S. officials – including Joe Biden’s Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack – as part of a broader crusade to increase collaboration between the two countries on agriculture and farming.

The unearthing of the United States Heartland China Association (USHCA) ties to Chinese foreign influence groups follow reports of Chinese Communist Party members and firms buying up American farmland, raising national security concerns among lawmakers.

Founded by former Democrat Governor of Missouri Bob Holden, the USHCA purports to be a “bipartisan organization committed to building stronger ties between USHCA Region (20 states located in the USA between the Great Lakes to the Gulf) and the People’s Republic of China.”

“Our focus will be on Trust Building efforts connecting government officials; business leaders; educational and community interests with like minded institutions between the Heartland Region and the People’s Republic of China,” the group’s mission statement euphemizes.

In addition to partnering with various branches of the Chinese regime, the USHCA also is “proudly working with” the China-United States Exchange Foundation (CUSEF).

The organization is an integral component of the Chinese Communist Party’s “United Front,” an effort that seeks to “co-opt and neutralize sources of potential opposition to the policies and authority of its ruling Chinese Communist Party” and “influence foreign governments to take actions or adopt positions supportive of Beijing’s preferred policies,” according to the U.S. government.

The USHCA has also co-hosted events alongside the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC), regarded as the “public face” of the United Front and an “avowed arm of the party-state.” The U.S. State Department has described the group as seeking to “directly and malignly influence” U.S. state and local leaders.

Through USHCA’s partnerships with the National Governor’s Association and The United States Conference of Mayors, the aforementioned Chinese Communist Party-linked influence groups have courted several American representatives with sponsored speeches or travel. Joe Biden’s Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack has participated in events with the USHCA – which “celebrated” his appointment to Biden’s cabinet – as recently as May 2020

The group also hosts an annual “U.S.-China Agriculture Roundtable”, which counted presentations from officials including Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds, Iowa Secretary of Agriculture Mike Naig, Director of the Missouri Department of Agriculture Chris Chinn, and Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Agriculture Thom Petersen in 2021.

In partnership with CUSEF, the USHCA has also sponsored trips to China for delegation consisting of American heartland mayors. CUSEF has also deployed this tactic on American journalists, offering free trips to the country in exchange for “favorable coverage,” according to Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) filings. The trips functioned as part of a broader effort to “effectively disseminate positive messages to the media, key influencers and opinion leaders, and the general public” regarding China.

USHCA delegation participants have also called for closer collaboration with the Chinese Communist Party on agriculture and farming, including Sioux Falls, South Dakota Mayor Paul TenHaken in an op-ed recently wiped from the internet, upon return:

It is time that Sioux Falls looks at developing deeper, more consistent relationships with key Chinese communities and businesses. Both the city leaders of Guangzhou and Shenzhen—with populations of 20 million each—expressed interest in forming some government partnership between Sioux Falls and one of their city districts. These relationships are critical first steps in establishing both trust and economic partnerships between our communities. One of our largest employers—Smithfield Foods—is owned by a Chinese parent company, and my office has had several other discussions with business development opportunities that have Chinese ownership ties. The Sioux Falls economy would strengthen via stronger cultural and business relations with key Chinese partners.

Among the other representatives joining USHCA’s inaugural 2019 delegation were Mayor of Carmel, Indiana James Brainard, Mayor of Youngstown, Ohio Jamael Tito Brown, and Mayor of Maumee, Ohio Richard Carr.

Significant pushback has already occurred according to The Epoch Times:

Such mandates will likely create more opposition. A recent Gallup poll found that about 52 percent favored employer vaccine mandates but 38 percent opposed, with 29 percent saying they were strongly opposed.

A number of unions also have issued statements in recent weeks saying they are opposed to vaccine mandates, including some hospital workers unions, firefighters unions, and police unions.

Some other unions have voiced opposition to vaccine mandates. Hospital workers with Service Employee International Union 1199 held a rally in July to oppose a mandate imposed by New York-Presbyterian Hospital in Manhattan. Firefighter and police unions from Chicago to Newark, New Jersey, are also opposing mandates.

VICTORY! Florida Appeals Court Sides with DeSantis, Will ALLOW Ban of Mask Mandates in Schools to Stand!

A Florida appeals court ruled Friday to restore the state’s ban on student masks, at least until it issues a final ruling on the legality of the ban. The order pauses a trial judge’s order against Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis.

On August 17, Second Judicial Circuit Court of Florida Judge John Cooper delivered a scathing ruling from the bench blocking the governor’s Executive Order banning the state’s largest school districts from enforcing a mask mandate. He said he found the measure “does not meet constitution muster,” violated the state’s Parents’ Bill of Rights and cut against the “overwhelming” medical consensus on COVID-19.

At the time, Governor Desantis promised a quick appeal, and his spokeswoman predicted the judge’s decision would be overturned by a conservative First District.

Friday’s order overrides Cooper, giving the Florid Board of Education the green light to continue withholding the salaries of school board members in districts that require face coverings for students. The state has imposed that punishment on two districts and has announced investigations into several others.

DeSantis communications director, Taryn Fenske said, “Just like last year in the school re-opening litigation, the First District Court of Appeal has reinstated Florida’s ability to protect the freedom for parents to make the best decisions for their children while they make their own ruling on the appeal.” We look forward to winning the appeal and will continue to fight for parents’ rights.”

Congressional Candidate Found Dead Just Days After Withdrawing from 2022 Race

A Congressional candidate in New York has been found dead in a Rural Cemetery in New York authorities say, shortly after he withdrew from the race.

41-year-old Kyle Van De Water was found dead in the Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery in New York. Van De Water was an Afghanistan War veteran and former New York Republican candidate for U.S. Congress.

His death comes just 11 days after he withdrew from the 2022 congressional race for the United States Congress.

“For the good of the party, and the district,” Van De Water said on August 27th, “I have decided to withdraw my candidacy.”

“Unfortunately, circumstances in my life have changed and I am no longer able to give 110% towards this endeavor,” he added.

“I have been truly humbled by and will be forever grateful for all of the support I have received these past few years,” Van De Water continued. “It has been an honor getting to meet so many of you as I traveled across the district.”

Here were his final messages on social media before he passed away 11 days later.

For the good of the party, and the district, I have decided to withdraw my candidacy. I look forward to vigorously and enthusiastically supporting the GOP candidate in 2022.

Police say the death is being investigated as a “likely suicide,” according to the Mid-Hudson News.

This was Van De Water’s second attempt to run for New York’s 19th Congressional district seat.

In 2020, he was defeated by Democratic incumbent Antonio Delgado in November 2020.

Van De Water earned his Army commission through the ROTC program at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst when he graduated in 2002, according to his campaign website. He then went on to serve in the U.S. Army Reserves while studying law at Albany Law School.

Soon after graduating in 2005, he became an active duty officer in the Judge Advocate General Corps. He was stationed at West Point, working as an administrative law attorney, before his Afghanistan deployment where he earned a Bronze Star in 2011.

He received an honorable discharge from active service in 2014 with the rank of major and continued to serve as a JAG officer in the Army Reserves.

Van De Water practiced civilian law at Corbally, Gartland and Rappleyea, LLP in Poughkeepsie, New York, as a litigation associate until February 2021. No information was available about his subsequent employment.

Van De Water’s death puts a spotlight on veteran suicide in the United States. September has been declared National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month since 2008, making the timing particularly tragic.

Van De Water was a Republican attorney who challenged incumbent Rep Delgado, a Democrat, in 2020.

He was a University of Massachusetts at Amherst and Albany Law School graduate, according to People.

Van De Water served in the Army for eight years and was deployed in Afghanistan as part of his service.

He received a Bronze Star for his service in Afghanistan in 2011 and also earned the Meritorious Service medal before he was granted an honorable discharge in 2014.

Biden And Xi Visit About Keeping The Peace During Stressful Relationship Between The Two Powers

President Joe Biden and China President Xi Jinping​ spoke by telephone late Thursday. The call, which took place after sundown Thursday in Washington, and was early Friday morning in Beijing, according to officials. This was their second telephone visit since Biden took office in January, and seven months since their last conversation.

Their visit reportedly regarded a number of concerns between both countries, according to U.S. officials. It was an attempt to repair relations and tensions and responsibly manage the competition between the two most powerful nations, the Whites House said in a readout of the call.

The White House added, “President Biden underscored the United States’ enduring interest in peace, stability, and prosperity in the Indo-Pacific and the world and the two leaders discussed the responsibility of both nations to ensure competition does not veer into conflict.”

In the Report Xi said, “On the basis of respecting each other’s core concerns and properly managing differences, relevant departments of the two countries can engage for cooperation on climate, Covid prevention, economic recovery and major international and regional issues.

Xi said, “If there is confrontation between China and the U.S., both countries and the world will suffer, while all will benefit if the two nations work together.” That is according to a CNBC translation of the Chinese text.

The state media report included some Biden comments, including a remark that, “The two countries have no reason to fall into conflict as a result of competition.”

The United States has been closely watching how Beijing responds to the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan and the Taliban takeover, and whether China will seek to fill the vacuum of foreign influence created by the U.S. exit. China has publicly taunted the U.S. failure and the embarrassing finish to the 20-year war, with a country they share a small border with.

Relations between Washington and Beijing have plummeted to record lows, which is why the conversation between both men took place on Friday.

The independent canvass, organized by realtor Liz Harris, and a team of hundreds of volunteers, visited thousands of homes in a number of Maricopa County precincts, asking homeowners a number of questions about their votes in the November 2020 elections, including what methods they used to vote, and if they received any extra ballots for voters not living at the address.

Following the canvass, which yielded 4,570 data points out of 11,708 homes visited, the canvass organizers announced that they estimated around 173,104 votes that were submitted to Maricopa County were not counted and had gone missing, based on an extrapolation of 330 individuals who were interviewed at their residence who said they had voted but did not have their votes registered. This was a missing vote rate of 34.23%, with 964 registered voters interviewed by the team who Maricopa did not have a recorded vote for.

Around approximately 96,389 mail-in votes were also “ghost votes,” the canvass organizers announced, where those who cast the vote did not live at the address registered to them. Out of 2,897 mail-in voters registered to residences that the volunteers canvassed, 164 mail-in votes were either unknown to the current residents, or were known but had moved prior to October 2020. With mail-in ballots being unable to be forwarded, it would be impossible for those voters to have received their ballot.

One example given was of a homeowner who rented out a room to somebody in 2010 who later moved out of Arizona before the next election. Even though they had moved out of state, voter records allegedly show that a ballot has been cast under their name, using the same residence address, for all elections from 2012 onward.

Other issues also appeared to the volunteers conducting the Maricopa canvass with mail-in ballots, including allegations that those with a registered mail-in ballot vote actually voted in person, that some others didn’t actually vote at all, and that some even came from allegedly empty lots. These issues in total came to 5.18% of all mail-in ballot voters, representing an estimated 88,215 across the county.

The results for the full forensic audit have still yet to be released. The draft report was due to be shared with the state’s legislature at the end of last month, but was delayed due to Doug Logan, the CEO of Cyber Ninjas, who ran the audit, and other members of the team becoming sick with COVID. Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich also recently declared that the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors broke state law by refusing to comply with a subpoena from the Arizona Senate for routers and network logs, giving them 30 days to hand the materials over, though Brnovich has been criticized heavily by those in the state who say this gesture does not go far enough, and will not result in compliance.
