You have mass doses of vials delivered to Japan from the manufacturer. ==were the transport and storage procedures properly followed en route?

At the manufacturer, the vials must have passed QC checks before export == what were those tests? Were they spot checks on every batch of 1000?

The liquid in the vials is itself a concoction of other components. Let's assume it was mixed together onsite. ==what standards does the work envioronment meet? What starndards of training for the people? What standard of inspection for the machines?

The manufacturer probably contracts the individual components of the concoction from different sources. ==How many source companies are we talking about?
-Those source companies could be spread all over the world, with differing laws and standards. ==What was their protocol for creation of the component? What was their compliance?
Keep in mind this is all happening under a shroud of fear and panic, where people are being pressured and they are bound to make mistakes. These process type errors are unavoidable in any kind of manufacturing. We like to think of white-enameled sterile labs with rows of PHD scientists creating perfection. I can almost guarantee you would see the opposite with a site visit.
And that is one thing that scares me to death about injecting mystery liquid into my body. Even if it was designed as a perfect solution….very difficult to control how it is ultimately produced.
