It looks like they are wrapping up this phase, and his speculation is….what if these camps are actually meant to be quarantine camps later?
Well, I got a little different theory. What if the vax mandates reach a fever pitch, and it looks like people are about to be dragged off to camps….and then the camps are used as holding centers for the long-promised mass arrests.
Under a military 11.3 or Martial Law scenario, they would be the perfect processing centers for tens of thousands of crooked politicians, CEO's, and other vermin. It would be the master stroke of deception to let Biden build the camps, thinking he will use them as detention centers for the Unvaxxed, only for the MIL flip the switch and turn the tables.
