were you guys in GATE programs? I didn't have more than one set, but my wisdom teeth grew upwards and punctured a hole in my sinus cavity, causing me to be sick all the time as a youngin and stuck on antibiotics until they realized i had both mono and a fucking staph infection. then they finally decided to do xrays. almost like they wanted me to end up in the hospital on fluids or dependant on antibiotics as long as possible to fuck with my immunity.

similiar experience here. never was tested but had to test to get into private school and was "red shirted" before going in kindergarden. always struggled with math and science but excelled in reading to the point where i would just space out in class and teacher had no idea i was not there kek. which led to adhd diagnosis in college… interdasting.
