Daughter and I hold very diff views. She's Lib, Im not.
I don't hold back anything I want to say to her, (Altho I say it nicely) as I want her to hear opposing viewpoints. We outright argue about issues, so she knows my stance very well.
She's entitled to her opinion at 25, as am I. But Im not going to "protect" her from controversy and give her a participation trophy for "playing" at Life.
She lived in a house with both parents until she was 19, then moved out. Our views were consistent over the years. I firmly believe this crap is taught in schools, and can't wait for them to be overhauled.
