It's all sleight of hand. The "vax" they're giving people now is still under EUA, which protects Pfizer from liability. The Comirnaty drug might be identical, but it's not due out for a couple years. By then, Pfizer knows the cat will be out of the bag and they won't even bother releasing it. In the meantime, they'll sucker more people into taking the kill shot under the guise of it being "FDA approved". All the while, they will be protected.
