This is a story about a farmer , who has a really nice field.

He plants good seed in that field.

After awhile, his field hands [those caring for the field] come to him and say, "Did you not plant good seed? For you have poisonous weeds growing in this field."

The farmer says, In the night my enemy has done this thing.

The workers ask if the owner wants them to pull out all the poisonous weeds.

He says no.

To do so might uproot good wheat with the bad. So let it all grow until the poisonous weeds are fully mature, and can be clearly seen. Then uproot them, bundle them up and burn them in the fire, and take the good wheat to my barn.

Moral of story…They are hanging themselves, Becoming more and more noticeable to the once sleeping public. To act too soon may compromise/endanger the innocent.

So, when all their dastardly deeds have come to fruition…

BOOM!

We don't know when that 'fruition' is.

We are sitting in the audience as spectators.

All we can view are the two chess players hunched over the game board.

They however [the two players] can see the board. And know who has already won/lost the game.

The moves left, are only the going through the motions for the spectators.
