I fear you are 100% correct. Those who could wake are already awake at this point. There is nothing that can be done to wake the remainder. It doesn't matter how fucking wacky it gets, I've said this for years now - these cunting sheep would literally stand by and watch people loaded onto trains for the death camps. Watching this unfold has made it crystal clear to me how the atrocities of WWII played out. There are only a small portion of the population that are players, the vast majority are NPCs who are absolutely fine with any narrative, they'll just keep moving with the herd.
