Much of what Q posted was cryptical to the extent (at least) that it allowed for many possible conclusions (or none in some cases), and it didn't happen often that many things were clarified.
As I understood it, this was one of the characterictics of that OP.
Not that I'd complain … but it does qualify as "insufficient data", for us to know/understand/analyze exactly.
From what I remember, we all guessed that Q would only be willing to disclose 40% (at max), and 60% of knowledge/info most be held back.
But that's just how I remember and understood it.
At some point I believe (can't find the post right now), Q might have upped that percentage and indicated they would be willing to release more.
However, in the end (and at this point before any potential future might prove past) we were left with much less than that, speaking in terms of real info/disclosure.
Again, I don't complain, 'cause for me much (if not all) that's happening now is a result of Q's appearance, meaning no matter how much really was disclosed, it had a huge effect not only in America.
