Yesterday, on9-11-21, a Saturday, HAROLD FRAZIER- Chairman (Mao) of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe Reservation enforced a mask mandate with a $500 fine if you get caught not wearing it''' and $1200 (per customer) fine for stores not enforcing it. One of the guise at the gas station wasn't enforcing the masks. I told him about lock step a long time ago. He's kind of awake but scared. Needs the job. Had mask covering from nose to below chin yesterday. He felt powerless.
I'm non native. They are sovereign from the State NOT from the Federal gov't. These fucking Indians can serve in our military AND they receive money from the Federal gov't. They better get their shit together and stop crying about 400 years ago because personally, I'm over the drama. I have nothing to do with that and they spit on the ground and call me a white! lmfao. I can't "breath!" It's fucking amazing. They're so bitter. Yea, I live here. I feel shit too. I don't have money. I'm right here living the same fucking thing they are. There's no excuse for the amount of child and animal abuse here. NO EXCUSE. IDGAF. They lost their way. It's pathetic. I rescue animals, help expose child trafficking AND spent the last 4 years as a digi soldier working doubles for free. /rant end/ I got sidetracked. My bad. Hang on.. it's still coming out…. Some stupid bitch customer with a shirt over her nose and mouth turned around at the gas station, looked at me and said, "It's tribal law and we'd appreciate it if you follow it." I told her don't give me that shit. They aren't sovereign from the federal govt and these mask mandates are unconstitutional. She said they are sovereign and this is their land and they own it and it's theirs (again). I told her no it isn't. I told her they're sovereign from State but not the Federal government (ask Karen Noem..yea.. Karen..that's all she gets from me.) Anyway, continuing…I told her that I took an oath to uphold and defend our Constitution so we have a problem here. She turned around and sort of ducked into her boyfriend and I left.
