Storm Nicholas forms

Tropical Storm Nicholas has formed in the southern Gulf of Mexico with sustained winds of 40mph. The storm is forecast move NNW at 13mph for the next 12 hours before turning more to the north. Tropical storm watches and flash flood warnings have been issued for all of southeast Texas until the storm passes.
