Mar a Lago was granted to the Government to be used as a Presidential Winter White House. it was never used for that purpose and returned back to the descendants of the owner. DJT tried to buy it for 15 mil or so when the asking price was about 20 mil. Family said no. Time went by and the property weathered. DJT bought adjacent property as it became available then squeezed the family members to sell if for less than 8 mil due to the deteriorated condition. ( net result was the original property line grew by a few acres)

DJT now owns the orginal owner's property who left it in her will to be used as Winter WH

DJT used it for that purpose as well as Commander in Chief when he ate chocolate cake and ordering a strike on Syria while hosting a World leader.

DJT bought Bedmisnster property and incresed the acreage by a small amount to include an only grave sold to a balck man when Blacks were not allowed to own land. That 1/10 of an acre was used as a cemetary for the black members of the community who died. Her is where it gets interesting

The land was originally purchased for 6K by a guy who helped George Washington conduct the final push to win the war. The guy was penniless but acted as a spy for Washington. 1st continential Congress passed a law that Indians had to be paid for their land a minimum of 6K by the Government.

A conclusion can be drawn due to lack of documentation that the Continential Army under George Washington purchased the land and gave it to this guy ( I forget his name now that I type this)

It changed hands few times and De Lorean bought it. it stayed intact from the original purchase as far as arcrage until DJT bought it and expanded it to include the 1st black cememtary and land ownership of a black man.

De Lorean was the car manufacterer best known for back to the future. It was he who sold it to DJT after the FBI screwed him over and planted false evidence of cocain trafficking.

DJT bought it and continued the tradition of planting wheat on the property ( food plots cannot be taken by the Government under emminent domain.

I forgot to mention that Mar a Lago is protected as an Historical property thanks to DJT so I will include it here.

BEDFORD

DJT bought Bedford mansion in a seriously deteriorated state. He and his family used it as a Summer place. When they went to it, they stayed in the Carriage house and never in the main house. It became somewhat of a pet project for DJT and Eric to repair the main house and all buildings to their original slendor. In true Trump fashion, they did so! Under budget and ahead of schedule.

DJT enterented into an agreement with the Government to secure the land via conservation easment.

If you are following along then you see where DJT secured a Winter WH ( Mar a Lago by getting it labeled as historic, secured Bedmisnter ( Summer White House) by keeping food planted and then Bedford by getting it labeled Conservation Easment

BEDFORDland was parted off and sold off with the exception of this large acreage.

Bedford was in it's entirety "NEUTRAL TERRITORY" during the Revolutionary War and the only land of it's kind.

In short, the land left in tact of Neutral territory belongs to DJT just like the 1st known Winter WH and the 1st known George Washington approved land while he was Comander in Chief but NOT President
