Maryland Judge Kills Himself As FBI Agents Showed Up to Arrest Him for Sexually Abusing Boys
A Maryland judge reportedly killed himself as FBI agents arrived at his home to arrest him for sexually abusing children.
Caroline County Circuit Judge Jonathan Newell, 50, was placed on administrative leave in July for allegedly installing a hidden camera at his hunting cabin to secretly take photos of young boys.
The Baltimore Sun reports that a boy that Newell took on a hunting trip on Hoopers Island found the hidden camera in the bathroom on July 23, and his parents reported it to police. When investigators confronted him about it, the judge chewed up and swallowed the memory card, according to the criminal complaint.
“A neighbor of Newell posted pictures on Facebook saying the FBI was outside his Henderson, Md. home asking him to come out over a loudspeaker. The neighbor, Kimberly Keith, said that she heard flash bangs and what she believed to be gunshots, and later an ambulance,” the Sun report states.
Searches of his home, truck and judicial office turned up a hard drive containing videos of boys showering.
His neighbor told the Sun that rumors about the ongoing investigation were “very well known around here.”
“All he ever posted on Facebook was about boys,” she said.

Teacher resigns after caught on video calling student a ‘piece of s**t’ for wearing mask improperly
An Illinois high school teacher who allegedly cursed out a student for not wearing a face mask properly has resigned, according to the school’s principal.
On Sept. 5, a video was posted by the popular Libs of TikTok Twitter account exposing an alleged encounter between a teacher and student. The video allegedly shows the teacher confronting the student for wearing his mask improperly.
The original uploader of the video, which has over 320,000 views, was captioned: “My friend had his mask under his nose, and this Karen went crazy. Got up in his face and cuzed [sic] at him.”
The purported teacher threatened to call the police on the student, which prompted the teen to ask if the teacher was serious.
“Yeah, I am serious, man. I have had enough of it,” the teacher responded. “I knew you were gonna take off your mask the moment I turned the corner.”
The teacher appeared to collect the student’s identification card, then informed the kid to “enjoy” in-school suspension. “That’s in-school suspension where you have to sit in a room with the military guy all day,” the teacher yelled.
The teacher then called the student a “piece of s**t” before walking away.
During the video, the student appeared to have his mask on properly.

‘Extremely Engaged’: Homeschooling Doubles Over the Last Year
After the COVID-19 pandemic forced schools to shut down across the country, parents scrambled to educate their children through other forms of schooling like online or even homeschooling.
Yvonne Bunn, director of homeschool support and government affairs with Home Educators Association of Virginia, said that data showed a definitive uptick in parents looking to homeschool.
“These parents have been extremely engaged,” Bunn told CBN. “They’re coming to webinars and seminars. They call with questions about how to start homeschooling, how to comply with the law, and where to get the curriculum.
“In Virginia alone, we have seen over a 48 percent increase in homeschoolers for the last school year. We went from 44,000 to 65,000 homeschoolers,” she continued. “Lots of parents have done this and say their child has done so much better or they’re not being bullied.”
Bunn noted that parents also expressed their frustration with public school systems and said that homeschooling offered them the freedom to teach their children their values.
“I do think a lot of parents are going to continue homeschool. They’re not happy with what’s going on,” she explained. “Parents are wanting to move in the direction of doing something else … even the parents who work. We’ve been amazed by the number who want to continue to work from home so they can continue to teach their children.

Six Capitol Police Face Disciplinary Charges After Internal Investigation About January 6
The United States Capitol Police reviewed footage from Jan 6 and determined six officers violated department protocols.
Yogananda Pittman, Assistant Chief of the United States Capitol Police (USCP) and former acting Chief of the USCP in the aftermath of Jan 6, said the following in a statement on January 11: “Our Office of Professional Responsibility will investigate these behaviors for disciplinary action, up to, and including termination.”
In the USCP’s update on their internal investigations, they stated that no wrongdoing was found in 20 0f the 26 complaints. However, in the other six, violations did occur, and therefore disciplinary action is recommended.
These violations include unbecoming conduct, failure to comply with directives, improper remarks, and “improper dissemination of information.”
In typical elitist, bureaucratic, and anti-Trump fashion, the statement ended by saying, “the bravery and courage exhibited by the vast majority of our employees was inspiring.”

FBI fires Whitmer kidnap case agent amid wife beating allegations
The FBI has fired one of the lead agents credited with thwarting a plot to kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer after he was charged with beating his wife following a swingers party, The Detroit News has learned.
The firing of Special Agent Richard Trask earlier this week comes amid questions about agent misconduct and whether as many as 12 informants were driving the alleged conspiracy.
Trask was fired, according to a source familiar with his case, while awaiting trial on a charge of assault with intent to do great bodily harm and allegations he smashed his wife’s head against a nightstand and choked her after a dispute stemming from their attendance at a swingers’ party in July. Trask also was moonlighting as a personal trainer and it was unclear if his superiors at the FBI were aware or had approved the job.
