I have a constant sense of dread. Some days it’s really bad and I find it hard to focus on anything, including work. There are days I just don’t want to leave the house and face the world. I keep on keeping on though because I have to and because and I know God wins.

Yes, probably. I know God wins. I guess I'm just anxious because I wonder how bad it's going to get, how long we'll have to endure it before it turns around, shit like that. It takes a lot of self control to to keep my mind from going there. It's literally exhausting.

Anons, i went through this in a very dufficult time of my life, it was anxiety and panic attacks. I would get home at 5:30 and get in bed abd pull the covers over me from the panic if my situation. I went to a healthfoid store and was told that Kava Kava is a natural benzodizapremes (simliar to xanax), but not addictive. Its very effective on anxiety and panic (panic is when you freeze abd cannot do anything ir move-my definition) . This was tested and had equal or better calming properties of the amigdala (think that is it) than the prescription.

You might want to go to a healthfood store, buy some, ask their advice and try it

When i had that kind if anxiety it was crippling. God Bless Anons!

I think the hospital systems coordinated it, but additionally if they can import foreighners trained in medicine they can pay a lot less. Frontline doctors have their own clinics because the hospital systems will destroy your free will and destroy your integrity. Its all about the money

Tax status Edit

As much of the estate is used for agriculture, namely growing hay and raising a small herd of goats, for tax purposes the Bedminster course and the Trump course in Colts Neck qualify as farmland. The Wall Street Journal estimated that the use of the property tax exemption for farmland reduced the tax bill on the two golf courses from $80,000 to less than $1,000.

Trump Mausoleum

In 2015, Trump received the approval to build a family cemetery at the estate that would include a classical mausoleum. Trump indicated that he wants to be buried at the Bedminster golf course.[24]

I’m an extreme introvert (except on the board..Kek), so being around large crowds drained me, even small get togethers did it.

I had a person tell me about the book “The Introvert Advantage” which says our brains do not produce the enjoyment/excitement chemical being around people.

We are most comfortable in small gatherings. The book says introverts are intelligent and see and feel things others dont.

But it also gives you ways of coping with being in the world. Ive gotten much better because having a business I have to meet with people. But I also understand when i should be alone.

I was relieved to find out I didnt have social anxiety disorder, and didnt need to take a drug for it. Its just the way our brains work. A lot of gifts to having it also.
