I have a constant sense of dread. Some days it’s really bad and I find it hard to focus on anything, including work. There are days I just don’t want to leave the house and face the world. I keep on keeping on though because I have to and because and I know God wins.
Yes, probably. I know God wins. I guess I'm just anxious because I wonder how bad it's going to get, how long we'll have to endure it before it turns around, shit like that. It takes a lot of self control to to keep my mind from going there. It's literally exhausting.
Anons, i went through this in a very dufficult time of my life, it was anxiety and panic attacks. I would get home at 5:30 and get in bed abd pull the covers over me from the panic if my situation. I went to a healthfoid store and was told that Kava Kava is a natural benzodizapremes (simliar to xanax), but not addictive. Its very effective on anxiety and panic (panic is when you freeze abd cannot do anything ir move-my definition) . This was tested and had equal or better calming properties of the amigdala (think that is it) than the prescription.
You might want to go to a healthfood store, buy some, ask their advice and try it
When i had that kind if anxiety it was crippling. God Bless Anons!
