Majority of the closed prisons in USA are turn key & ready for intake

The rest of the closed prisons are still being reviewed for approval before being cleaned & prepped

There are a number of closed warehouses that were prepped & ready, They maybe used as holding centers for transfers to the various prisons. Note: (not using closed walmart's stores)
