>>1457082 it seems to me when a State authority has the foreknowledge, means, and opportunity to prevent loss of innocent life, and does not, it can only be because the inaction is necessary to prevent greater loss of life. The greater harm must be as certain as the impending loss of innocent life.

>>1457140 I was always been perplexed, given the total info access/storage, that it would seem every major legue crime activity (drugs, trafficking, arms dealers) could have been ID'd and swept up. The fact that they weren't means the system either did not exist or was comped to some extent.

>>1457288 I don't think the OIG report release is going to have any impact on normiesphere. It will just sound like a bunch of legal mumbo-jumbo disputable on MSM by paid talking heads. The only thing about the OIG that will have impact is actual indictments. If the game is going strong, I'd say those are already filed and will be revealed along with OIG report as grand juries were seated in parallel. If I'm wrong, this drags out to just before the election, predictable drama, cliffhanger, get out the vote scam both sides, Trump fate hanging in balance if Congress flips, etc. But I think not, I think indictments are already done and sealed.
