this is a very good point. plausible.
my son doesn't get reception in his school, unless he is in certain areas… not sure if due to thick walls, but he definitely does not have the ability to send/receive texts or make calls in most of the school. (though he does have the internet access… weirdly.. so if I send a fb msg, he can see/respond to that)
