They will raise it. Globalist companies will use it as an excuse to cut labor costs, and won't pay the tax anyhow.

My corporate workplace hasn't sent out jab emails yet. If they send it tomorrow I will have enough vacation to get to the end of the month and get a full paycheck, so I got that thing going for me I guess.
IT gets infinite sick days, although when you go over 10 your boss needs to do paperwork and you need to get a doctor's note saying you're fit enough to go back. The caveat is you still need to make your yearly goals or take the penalty
