That solves nothing, what about people who don't go and vote, or what are they doing if they receive 2 in the mail from the same voter? And if they count the provisional, do they remove the other vote from that person? Because if not it would just counter their vote if opposite

San Fernando Valley residents have trouble casting recall ballots
Some San Fernando Valley voters think they are being wrongly prevented from casting a ballot in the upcoming gubernatorial recall election.
At El Camino Real Charter High School in Woodland Hills, some voters say they were told the computers showed them as already having voted, even though they had not.
West Hills resident Estelle Bender, 88, said she was far from the only person who was being told incorrectly that they had already voted.
In addition to friends of hers who experienced the issue and two other women outside the polling place, Bender said that inside, “the man next to me was arguing the same thing.”
Bender said she filled out a provisional ballot and “left really angry.”
Bender added that, to her knowledge, many of those affected by this issue are self-identified Republicans, and she’s suspicious.
“I’d still like to know how I voted,” Bender said.
The Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder’s office said in a statement that provisional ballots are a “failsafe option” to ensure that everyone’s votes are counted.
“Once the eligibility of the voter is verified, [the ballots] are processed and counted,” the statement added.

California Republicans told they ‘already voted’ when showing up to cast recall ballots
Voters in the San Fernando Valley claim they were told they already voted in the gubernatorial recall election even though they had not.
“I went to El Camino High School to vote…and she said ‘you voted.’ I said, ‘No, I haven’t.” And she said ‘this has been happening all morning.'” 88-year-old recall voter Estelle Bender told local media after finding out that someone voted in her name.
Bender said she filled out a provisional ballot and “left really angry.”
“The man next to me was arguing the same thing…So as I left…I saw two women walking toward me as I left, and I said, ‘don’t be surprised if they tell you you’ve already voted,’ and she said ‘they’ve already done that.'” Bender added.
Bender, a Republican, said she asked the two women if they were Republicans, and they told her yes. She says two of her friends, also Republicans, had the same issue happen to them at a separate polling location.
“The voters who experienced this issue were offered and provided a provisional ballot – the failsafe option to ensure no one is turned away from voting,” the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder said in a statement.
“Provisional ballots are regular ballots, and once the eligibility of the voter is verified, they are processed and counted,” the statement added. “After troubleshooting the issue, the equipment at the locations was replaced, and voting continued.”
Bender says she is very suspicious of how the issue which, to her knowledge, only affects Republican voters. “I’d still like to know how I voted,” she concluded.
The election to recall Governor Gavin Newsom is set to take place Tuesday. If 50% or more of voters vote “Yes,” to the recall, then the candidate with the most votes will become the new governor. If 50% or more vote “No,” Newsom will remain in office.
Republican candidate Larry Elder is leading the polls among likely GOP voters.
Nearly 4.1 million registered Democrats have mailed in their ballots, compared with 1.9 million Republicans and 1.8 million independents, the data shows, according to the election tracker from Political Data Inc.
Newsom announced that President Joe Biden would appear at the campaign’s “final rally” in Long Beach Monday evening.
This is the second recall election to occur in California’s history. The first was in 2003 when Governor Grey Davis (D) was removed. Davis was replaced by then-Republican Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The California Recall election has some “wonky” things going on. KTLA Channel five reported that some who show up to vote are being informed they have already voted. Twitter user @EricSpracklen posted the video to Twitter with the caption, “What the hell is going on in Califonia? Voter fraud.”

The reporter starts off the segment with the question, “What is going?”. He states that they’ve talked to many concerned voters in the West San Fernando Valley, a valley just north of the Los Angeles basin. The report pinpoints a charter high school, El Camino Real in Woodland Hills, CA. It was opened as an early voting location for the recall. Several people they spoke with told them when they showed up to vote the computers showed they had already voted in the special election.
One of the people they spoke with was, 88-year-old Estell Bender. Ms. Bender was informed that the system showed she had already cast her vote. She told the reporter that the gentleman next to her was being told the same thing as well as two younger women she spoke to at the polling station. Estell pointed out to the reporter one thing that they all had in common was they were all Republicans.
From the report, it appears that the poll workers couldn’t or wouldn’t answer the questions about how and for who Ms. Bender had voted for or how she had voted. Instead, she was offered a provisional ballot to cast her vote and told that it would be counted once the eligibility of the voter is verified.

The Los Angeles County Registrar’s office issued a statement to KTLA on the matter.

The report just opens a basket of questions that aren’t being answered which only adds to people’s suspicions and concerns. Estell did not seem to get any answers from the polling station and only left more suspicious of what is going on with this special election. She noted in the report that friends of hers were having the same issues at the VFW as well.
After the way in which the 2020 election was held many people became very skeptical of the integrity of our elections Many states moved to enact voting legislation that would make it harder to cheat and easier to vote. The U.S. House introduced a bill (HB1) to try to federalized election regulations as well as many other things. Texas Democrats tried unsuccessfully to stop Texas voter legislation which was passed late in August.
September 14 is the last day in the recall election and we should know very soon if it was a successful recall or if Newsome will stay in power.

We should have hung Fauci for crimes against humanity and dropped a bomb on the Wuhan lab….but instead the media worships a literal evil doctor as a false god, while compromised fake president Biden licks China’s balls for bribes and kickbacks and gives them everything they want. It’s not that the world is crazy and doesn’t make sense….it makes perfect sense when you realize who’s pulling the strings and why. Truth is billionaire globalists don’t hide how they feel, they are very open about how there are too many people in this world and something has to be “drastically” and radically done. Can you think of a way to do that that doesn’t involve genocide or mass sterilization? Because I can’t. Then I came across this article from 2018….way before covid or any of the subsequent lockdowns and suspension of rights, and while I currently suspect this whole insane virus/vaccine roll out is meant to thin our herds, take our freedom, and make the elite more powerful….I hadn’t realized that “conspiracy theorists” predicted this exact same scenario before it ever happened. In effect, the globalists are carrying out Adolf Hitler’s eugenics “utopia” on a global scale, but instead of merely six million people being exterminated, the globalists seek to eliminate more than six billionpeople.

The other advantage of bioweapons, from the point of view of globalists, is that they do not destroy the ecosystem in the way that nuclear weapons do. Since part of the goal here is the extermination of humans without damaging the ecosystem, bioweapons become the obvious choice, and they can even be tweaked to target specific races such as South Americans, Africans or Europeans.
Aside from the actual name of the disease because it wasn’t a thing yet, this article perfectly describes every otherwise seemingly nonsensical push they are doing with this vaccine. Veronica was a champion for freedom. Her death = murder. The hospital is solely responsible. When people tried to come to her aid, the hospital wouldn't budge. They wouldn't comply with her wishes and how she wanted to be treated.
What ever happened to "right to try"? Why do so many die when they go to the hospital? Why are they denying requested treatment? Let's make sure that she is never forgotten. Let's make sure that this never happens to anyone else….ever. That's how we honor Veronica.

So, here’s my prediction for the California Governor’s Recall Election…
Gavin Newsom will be recalled and Larry Elder will be the next Governor of California. Except it won’t matter. Because after all the massive Democrat vote fraud is factored in, Gavin Newsom will survive the recall and Larry Elder will lose.
I think Larry’s great. I’ve been a fan of Larry Elder for decades. I started my national radio career as a guest host for Larry. I think Larry Elder is just what the doctor ordered for the tragic mess California is in.
Larry would win- if the legitimate votes were counted honestly. But they aren’t. As communist dictator Joseph Stalin once said, “Those who cast the votes decide nothing. Those who count the votes decide everything.”
California is a failed socialist hellhole. Crooked Democrats count the votes in California (and any other Democrat-controlled state).
Larry Elder is about to find out what it’s like to be Donald J. Trump. He’s about to find out what it’s like to have an election stolen by brazen socialist/communist criminals who will stop at nothing to destroy America. He’s about to experience a rigged and stolen election. Just like Trump.
How do I know? Let me count the ways.
First, millions of illegal aliens are voting in California. When they get their drivers licenses at DMV, they are automatically registered to vote. By law, no one is allowed to ask if they are a citizen. No one can ask for valid ID. Millions of illegal alien voters tip the scale for failed socialist Democrats in California. It’s pretty simple- they vote for the party that won’t deport them and will keep welfare checks coming from cradle to grave.
Second, California has sent out tens of millions of mail-in ballots. Just like Biden-Trump in 2020, there is no way to know who’s who. There is no Voter ID. There is no chain of custody. There is no signature verification. There is nothing but millions of fake ballots, signed with fake names.
Just one of my fans has received 16 ballots at his California home. He lives there with only his wife and two kids. Sorry Larry, Democrats and their flood of fake ballots will never allow you to win this one. Third, California allows anyone to print out ballots on their home computer. That’s pure insanity.
Fourth, California has ballot harvesting. Anyone can collect thousands of fake ballots, fill them out and hand them in. Democrats have perfected this art.
Lastly, the actual ballots were designed with a flaw. You must fold the ballot to mail it. Computers that scan the votes often auto-cancel the name checked on the fold. Guess who’s name is on the fold out of 46 candidates? Larry Elder. What a coincidence. What a shocker!
