Xi and Putin are two different animals. Xi is in it to win because it's his only way out. Putin is in it to win it because he believes in Russia and he believes in America. Putin believes America and Russia are unstoppable when united and that China can be contained till it can be cleaned out. North Korea isn't being contained by China US relations. China is being contained by North Korea US relations. It's all right there in front of you. Trump owns the North Korea chit and China has a nuclear arsenal located 100 miles to it's flank.
