As posted before, central malfunction of Covid AND the spike proteins (from vax induced ribosomal synthesis) is inhibition of STAT1/Interferon and activation of STAT3 to PAI-1 to TLR-4 which then feeds back into the cycle, amplifying.
PAI-1 is highly involved in the thrombotic effects we are seeing.
