latex mask that wraps around ear to hide seam
that is the seam of the silicone mask. I cut one of my fingers off…for a while I had a "fake finger" made out of the silicone they use for prosthetics. the edges are real thin and they have a glue that you use to make that thin silicone edge blend in with your skin.
I'm thinking this was made to wrap around the ear to hide the seam. the glue let up.
