I think theunlocked boxesmay be that the "sealed indictments" have been unlocked, or some of them.
One must have a Pacer Account to access the current list.
SOMEONEstill has to have personal access to them tho.
Even if I go to the twitter account, It wont get me into Pacer.
Looking around, I can only find a list thru the end of 2020.
So even the latest one may no be current.
