To keep you chasing ghosts as a distraction while they completed their deeds. That's why you weave in the need for "disinformation", not to throw off enemies, but to dismiss any failures and to keep you in line. Q does for the Patriot crowd, what MSM does for the liberal crowd. They tell you their "truth", while steering everyone toward the same outcome. MSM is for those that are easy to dupe.
