Patsy bait-and-switch?

>They needed a patsy

Hmm. An effective patsy looks like a true fool, not, say, a heartless criminal.

If the public perceives Biden as a true fool, he is easily isolated from the purportedly competent and caring [DS] operatives who now shun him and leak the "right" incriminations. Isolation enables his easy removal.

But if the public perceives Biden as a heartless criminal, that implicates others. We've watched his many obscene extended-family acts of corruption, cold Afghan horrors, barking at the 9-11 memorial crowd, etc. These and many other acts strike the public as heartless, or worse. The heartlessness suggests coordinated [DS] actions and gestures, even to the inattentive public. Few if any citizens excuse overt D.C. heartlessness, and few will accept just one resignation as real institutional penance.

So why would the [DS] choose such a heartless and "sticky" patsy, when he sticks other [DS] operatives to the emotion of the supposedly foreseeable revolt? They're getting pulled in.

That part doesn't make sense as real [DS] strategy, because it's so counterproductive. It suggests to this anon that White Hat agents, maybe, did a patsy bait-and-switch on the [DS], somehow. That is, selling Biden as the fool who will meekly take the blame for things, and then unleashing a visibly heartless man who infuriates the public.
