I live in that general area and received a general mailing from Raveis, having been to a Raveis office earlier in my own house search so I was in their email system.
They reported that an agent named Previdi tragically lost a daughter in the shooting. Either the agent or the daughter was named Sandy – think of Sandy Hook, or Superstorm Sandy which had been not long before.
Anyway this agent had no history with the agency, no listings, no homes sold. Last I checked the agent is still with them, accumulating the usual sort of Realtor history of listings and sales – but everything post-dates Sandy Hook. So what was this person's identity before Sandy Hook?
