Could be just a placeholder page or maybe a page that was being used for something else. I've noticed this a few times myself and am a programmer. I don't think it's a reliable way of proving anything. Unless we find a report BEFORE the shooting takes place. I dont mean timestamped I'm talking an actual article with details found before the event takes place.
